This website is a collaboration between Chef Tres Hundertmark, the "Oyster Geek", and fine artists Linda Cheek and Peggy Taylor. This site contains the recipes and a blog from Chef Tres and paintings of seafood, chefs, fishing boats, and coastal area.
Tres Hundertmark runs the galley for Mac Seafood at the Pier in Wellfleet, MA. Chef Tres is a graduate of the school of hard knocks, majoring in hard work and a sense of humor. "Paint often and carry a big brush." Linda Cheek is a graduate of the Ringling School of Art and is deeply rooted in the tradition of plein air painting. Peggy Horne Taylor, a student of the Cape Cod School of Art, specializes in the study of color and light. She is the founder and a signature member of the Western North Carolina Plein Air Painters and resides in Fairview, NC where she teaches art to adults and kids, and is employed by the Artist Advocate Magazine.
